A Bit About Me
My Struggle
As a teenager I wrote short stories and sketched superheroes, with the hope that one day I would be a comic book creator. It was on my mind even during my short stint at college studying chemistry, but as the years passed, and my career took a terrifying turn into the hotel industry, the dream faded. And, with it went my morale. Sure, I was pretty good at my job, but something was missing, something that was restorative to the soul. Hotel management does offer the opportunity for some creativity, but not the sort that I truly needed. Now that my career has taken another turn away from the 24/7 hours of that industry, and I find a little more time on my hands (very little, but more, much more than before) I find myself revisiting the dream. My family fulfills me, don't get me wrong. But, even they cannot offer the special feeling I get from putting an adventure on paper (or, in my case, in my tablet) and figuring out where to take the characters next. I hope to publish some day, and I hope readers enjoy those adventures as much as I enjoyed writing them.
The Thirteenth Disciple
TBD
What would you do if you were in way over your head? That is exactly the predicament Zephaniah faces. Expected to help fulfill an arcane prophesy that he feels does not bode well for the Church, he escapes the Divinity in the company of a dark, roguish thief, and together with a grumpy dwarf and a dubious priest, he has to unravel a mystery older than the Church, itself, all in the midst of a burgeoning Holy War. But it doesn't help that every one of his so-called allies has their own agenda, and each has their own plans for the Relics that Zephaniah has stolen away with him!
